Leviticus 14
And the LORD spake vnto Moses, saying,
GenevaAnd the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
וַ/יְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּ/אמֹֽר
This shalbe the law of the leper, in the day of his cleansing: he shall be brought vnto the Priest.
GenevaThis is the law of the leper in the day of his clensing: that is, he shall be brought vnto the Priest,
זֹ֤את תִּֽהְיֶה֙ תּוֹרַ֣ת הַ/מְּצֹרָ֔ע בְּ/י֖וֹם טָהֳרָת֑/וֹ וְ/הוּבָ֖א אֶל הַ/כֹּהֵֽן
And the Priest shall goe forth out of the campe, and the Priest shall looke: and beholde, if the plague of leprosie be healed in the leper,
GenevaAnd the Priest shall go out of the campe, and the Priest shall consider him: and if the plague of leprosie be healed in the leper,
וְ/יָצָא֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן אֶל מִ/ח֖וּץ לַֽ/מַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְ/רָאָה֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן וְ/הִנֵּ֛ה נִרְפָּ֥א נֶֽגַע הַ/צָּרַ֖עַת מִן הַ/צָּרֽוּעַ
Then shall the Priest command to take for him that is to bee cleansed, two birds aliue, and cleane, and Cedar wood, and scarlet, and hysope.
GenevaThen shall the Priest commaund to take for him that is clensed, two sparrowes aliue and cleane, and cedar wood and a skarlet lace, and hyssope.
וְ/צִוָּה֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן וְ/לָקַ֧ח לַ/מִּטַּהֵ֛ר שְׁתֵּֽי צִפֳּרִ֥ים חַיּ֖וֹת טְהֹר֑וֹת וְ/עֵ֣ץ אֶ֔רֶז וּ/שְׁנִ֥י תוֹלַ֖עַת וְ/אֵזֹֽב
And the Priest shall command that one of the birds bee killed in an earthen vessell, ouer running water.
GenevaAnd the Priest shall commaund to kill one of the birdes ouer pure water in an earthen vessell.
וְ/צִוָּה֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן וְ/שָׁחַ֖ט אֶת הַ/צִּפּ֣וֹר הָ/אֶחָ֑ת אֶל כְּלִי חֶ֖רֶשׂ עַל מַ֥יִם חַיִּֽים
As for the liuing bird, he shal take it, and the Cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hysope, and shall dip them and the liuing bird in the blood of the bird that was killed ouer the running water.
GenevaAfter, he shall take the liue sparowe with the cedar wood, and the skarlet lace, and the hyssope, and shall dip them and the liuing sparowe in the blood of the sparowe slaine, ouer the pure water,
אֶת הַ/צִּפֹּ֤ר הַֽ/חַיָּה֙ יִקַּ֣ח אֹתָ֔/הּ וְ/אֶת עֵ֥ץ הָ/אֶ֛רֶז וְ/אֶת שְׁנִ֥י הַ/תּוֹלַ֖עַת וְ/אֶת הָ/אֵזֹ֑ב וְ/טָבַ֨ל אוֹתָ֜/ם וְ/אֵ֣ת הַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הַֽ/חַיָּ֗ה בְּ/דַם֙ הַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הַ/שְּׁחֻטָ֔ה עַ֖ל הַ/מַּ֥יִם הַֽ/חַיִּֽים
And he shall sprinckle vpon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosie, seuen times, and shall pronounce him cleane, and shall let the liuing bird loose into the open field.
GenevaAnd hee shall sprinkle vpon him, that must be clensed of his leprosie, seuen times, and clense him, and shall let goe the liue sparowe into the broad fielde.
וְ/הִזָּ֗ה עַ֧ל הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֛ר מִן הַ/צָּרַ֖עַת שֶׁ֣בַע פְּעָמִ֑ים וְ/טִ֣הֲר֔/וֹ וְ/שִׁלַּ֛ח אֶת הַ/צִּפֹּ֥ר הַֽ/חַיָּ֖ה עַל פְּנֵ֥י הַ/שָּׂדֶֽה
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shaue off all his haire, and wash himselfe in water, that he may be cleane: And after that hee shall come into the Campe, and shall tary abroad out of his tent seuen dayes.
GenevaThen he that shall be clensed, shall wash his clothes, and shaue off all his heare, and wash himselfe in water, so he shalbe cleane: after that shall he come into the host, but shall tary without his tent seuen dayes.
וְ/כִבֶּס֩ הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֨ר אֶת בְּגָדָ֜י/ו וְ/גִלַּ֣ח אֶת כָּל שְׂעָר֗/וֹ וְ/רָחַ֤ץ בַּ/מַּ֨יִם֙ וְ/טָהֵ֔ר וְ/אַחַ֖ר יָב֣וֹא אֶל הַֽ/מַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְ/יָשַׁ֛ב מִ/ח֥וּץ לְ/אָהֳל֖/וֹ שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִֽים
But it shall be on the seuenth day, that he shall shaue all his haire off his head and his beard, and his eyebrowes, euen all his haire he shal shaue off: And he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be cleane.
GenevaSo in the seuenth day hee shall shaue off all his heare, both his head, and his beard, and his eye browes: euen all his heare shall he shaue, and shall wash his clothes and shall wash his flesh in water: so he shalbe cleane.
וְ/הָיָה֩ בַ/יּ֨וֹם הַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֜י יְגַלַּ֣ח אֶת כָּל שְׂעָר֗/וֹ אֶת רֹאשׁ֤/וֹ וְ/אֶת זְקָנ/וֹ֙ וְ/אֵת֙ גַּבֹּ֣ת עֵינָ֔י/ו וְ/אֶת כָּל שְׂעָר֖/וֹ יְגַלֵּ֑חַ וְ/כִבֶּ֣ס אֶת בְּגָדָ֗י/ו וְ/רָחַ֧ץ אֶת בְּשָׂר֛/וֹ בַּ/מַּ֖יִם וְ/טָהֵֽר
And on the eight day he shall take two hee lambes without blemish, and one ewe-lambe of the first yeere, without blemish, and three tenth deales of fine flowre for a meat offering, mingled with oyle, and one log of oyle.
GenevaThen in the eight day he shall take two hee lambes without blemish, and an ewe lambe of a yere olde without blemish, and three tenth deales of fine flower for a meate offering, mingled with oyle, and a pint of oyle.
וּ/בַ/יּ֣וֹם הַ/שְּׁמִינִ֗י יִקַּ֤ח שְׁנֵֽי כְבָשִׂים֙ תְּמִימִ֔ים וְ/כַבְשָׂ֥ה אַחַ֛ת בַּת שְׁנָתָ֖/הּ תְּמִימָ֑ה וּ/שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה עֶשְׂרֹנִ֗ים סֹ֤לֶת מִנְחָה֙ בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַ/שֶּׁ֔מֶן וְ/לֹ֥ג אֶחָ֖ד שָֽׁמֶן
And the Priest that maketh him cleane, shall present the man that is to be made cleane, and those things before the LORD, at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation:
GenevaAnd the Priest that maketh him cleane shall bring the man which is to bee made cleane, and those things, before the Lord, at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
וְ/הֶעֱמִ֞יד הַ/כֹּהֵ֣ן הַֽ/מְטַהֵ֗ר אֵ֛ת הָ/אִ֥ישׁ הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֖ר וְ/אֹתָ֑/ם לִ/פְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד
And the Priest shall take one hee lambe, and offer him for a trespasse offering, and the log of oile, and waue them for a waue offering before the LORD.
GenevaThen the Priest shall take one lambe, and offer him for a trespasse offering, and the pint of oyle, and shake the to and from before the Lord.
וְ/לָקַ֨ח הַ/כֹּהֵ֜ן אֶת הַ/כֶּ֣בֶשׂ הָ/אֶחָ֗ד וְ/הִקְרִ֥יב אֹת֛/וֹ לְ/אָשָׁ֖ם וְ/אֶת לֹ֣ג הַ/שָּׁ֑מֶן וְ/הֵנִ֥יף אֹתָ֛/ם תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And he shall slay the lambe in the place where he shall kil the sin-offering, and the burnt offring in the holy place: for as the sinne offering is the Priests, so is the trespasse offering: it is most Holy.
GenevaAnd hee shall kill the lambe in the place where the sinne offring and the burnt offring are slaine, euen in the holy place: for as the sinne offring is the Priests, so is the trespasse offring: for it is most holy.
וְ/שָׁחַ֣ט אֶת הַ/כֶּ֗בֶשׂ בִּ֠/מְקוֹם אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִשְׁחַ֧ט אֶת הַֽ/חַטָּ֛את וְ/אֶת הָ/עֹלָ֖ה בִּ/מְק֣וֹם הַ/קֹּ֑דֶשׁ כִּ֡י כַּ֠/חַטָּאת הָ/אָשָׁ֥ם הוּא֙ לַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים הֽוּא
And the Priest shall take some of the blood of the trespasse offering, and the Priest shall put it vpon the tip of the right eare of him that is to be cleansed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foot.
GenevaSo the Priest shall take of the blood of the trespasse offring, and put it vpon the lappe of the right eare of him that shalbe clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.
וְ/לָקַ֣ח הַ/כֹּהֵן֮ מִ/דַּ֣ם הָ/אָשָׁם֒ וְ/נָתַן֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן עַל תְּנ֛וּךְ אֹ֥זֶן הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֖ר הַ/יְמָנִ֑ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֤הֶן יָד/וֹ֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְל֖/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִֽית
And the Priest shall take some of the log of oile, and powre it into the palme of his owne left hand:
GenevaThe Priest shall also take of ye pint of oyle, and powre it into the palme of his left hand,
וְ/לָקַ֥ח הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן מִ/לֹּ֣ג הַ/שָּׁ֑מֶן וְ/יָצַ֛ק עַל כַּ֥ף הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן הַ/שְּׂמָאלִֽית
And the Priest shall dip his right finger in the oile that is in his left hand, and shall sprinckle of the oile with his finger, seuen times before the LORD.
GenevaAnd the Priest shall dip his right finger in the oyle that is in his left hand, and sprinkle of the oyle with his finger seuen times before the Lord.
וְ/טָבַ֤ל הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ אֶת אֶצְבָּע֣/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֕מֶן אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל כַּפּ֖/וֹ הַ/שְּׂמָאלִ֑ית וְ/הִזָּ֨ה מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֧מֶן בְּ/אֶצְבָּע֛/וֹ שֶׁ֥בַע פְּעָמִ֖ים לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And of the rest of the oile that is in his hand, shall the Priest put vpon the tip of the right eare of him that is to be cleansed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hande, and vpon the great toe of his right foot, vpon the blood of the trespasse offering.
GenevaAnd of the rest of the oyle that is in his hand, shall the Priest put vpon the lap of the right eare of him that is to bee clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote, where the blood of the trespasse offring was put.
וּ/מִ/יֶּ֨תֶר הַ/שֶּׁ֜מֶן אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל כַּפּ֗/וֹ יִתֵּ֤ן הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ עַל תְּנ֞וּךְ אֹ֤זֶן הַ/מִּטַּהֵר֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֤הֶן יָד/וֹ֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְל֖/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִ֑ית עַ֖ל דַּ֥ם הָ/אָשָֽׁם
And the remnant of the oile that is in the Priests hand, he shall powre vpon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the Priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
GenevaBut the remnant of the oyle that is in the Priests hand, he shall powre vpon the head of him that is to be clensed: so the Priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord.
וְ/הַ/נּוֹתָ֗ר בַּ/שֶּׁ֨מֶן֙ אֲשֶׁר֙ עַל כַּ֣ף הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן יִתֵּ֖ן עַל רֹ֣אשׁ הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֑ר וְ/כִפֶּ֥ר עָלָ֛י/ו הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And the Priest shal offer the sinne offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his vncleannesse, and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering.
GenevaAnd the Priest shall offer the sinne offring and make an atonement for him that is to bee clensed of his vncleannesse: then after shall he kill the burnt offring.
וְ/עָשָׂ֤ה הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ אֶת הַ֣/חַטָּ֔את וְ/כִפֶּ֕ר עַל הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֖ר מִ/טֻּמְאָת֑/וֹ וְ/אַחַ֖ר יִשְׁחַ֥ט אֶת הָ/עֹלָֽה
And the Priest shall offer the burnt offering, and the meat offering vpon the Altar: and the Priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shalbe cleane.
GenevaSo the Priest shall offer ye burnt offring and the meat offring vpon ye altar and the Priest shall make an atonement for him: so he shalbe cleane.
וְ/הֶעֱלָ֧ה הַ/כֹּהֵ֛ן אֶת הָ/עֹלָ֥ה וְ/אֶת הַ/מִּנְחָ֖ה הַ/מִּזְבֵּ֑חָ/ה וְ/כִפֶּ֥ר עָלָ֛י/ו הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן וְ/טָהֵֽר
And if he be poore, and cannot get so much, then hee shall take one lambe for a trespasse offring to be waued, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deale of fine flowre mingled with oile, for a meat offering, and a log of oile,
GenevaBut if he be poore, and not able, then he shall bring one lambe for a trespasse offring to be shaken, for his reconciliation, and a tenth deale of fine flower mingled with oyle, for a meate offring, with a pinte of oyle.
וְ/אִם דַּ֣ל ה֗וּא וְ/אֵ֣ין יָד/וֹ֮ מַשֶּׂגֶת֒ וְ֠/לָקַח כֶּ֣בֶשׂ אֶחָ֥ד אָשָׁ֛ם לִ/תְנוּפָ֖ה לְ/כַפֵּ֣ר עָלָ֑י/ו וְ/עִשָּׂר֨וֹן סֹ֜לֶת אֶחָ֨ד בָּל֥וּל בַּ/שֶּׁ֛מֶן לְ/מִנְחָ֖ה וְ/לֹ֥ג שָֽׁמֶן
And two turtle doues, or two yong pigeons, such as he is able to get: and the one shalbe a sinne offering, and the other a burnt offering.
GenevaAlso two turtle doues, or two yong pigeons, as he is able, whereof the one shalbe a sinne offering, and the other a burnt offring,
וּ/שְׁתֵּ֣י תֹרִ֗ים א֤וֹ שְׁנֵי֙ בְּנֵ֣י יוֹנָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּשִּׂ֖יג יָד֑/וֹ וְ/הָיָ֤ה אֶחָד֙ חַטָּ֔את וְ/הָ/אֶחָ֖ד עֹלָֽה
And hee shall bring them on the eight day, for his cleansing vnto the Priest, vnto the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, before the LORD.
GenevaAnd he shall bring them the eight day for his clensing vnto the Priest at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation before ye Lord.
וְ/הֵבִ֨יא אֹתָ֜/ם בַּ/יּ֧וֹם הַ/שְּׁמִינִ֛י לְ/טָהֳרָת֖/וֹ אֶל הַ/כֹּהֵ֑ן אֶל פֶּ֥תַח אֹֽהֶל מוֹעֵ֖ד לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And the Priest shall take the lambe of the trespasse offering, and the log of oile, and the Priest shall waue them for a waue offering before the LORD.
GenevaThe the Priest shall take the lambe of the trespasse offring, and the pint of oyle, and the Priest shall shake them to and from before the Lord.
וְ/לָקַ֧ח הַ/כֹּהֵ֛ן אֶת כֶּ֥בֶשׂ הָ/אָשָׁ֖ם וְ/אֶת לֹ֣ג הַ/שָּׁ֑מֶן וְ/הֵנִ֨יף אֹתָ֧/ם הַ/כֹּהֵ֛ן תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And he shall kill the lambe of the trespasse offering, and the Priest shall take some of the blood of the trespasse offering, and put it vpon the tip of the right eare of him that is to be cleansed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.
GenevaAnd he shall kill the lambe of the trespasse offering, and the Priest shall take of the blood of the trespasse offring, and put it vpon the lap of his right eare that is to be clensed, and vpon ye thumbe of his right hande, and vpon the great toe of his right foote.
וְ/שָׁחַט֮ אֶת כֶּ֣בֶשׂ הָֽ/אָשָׁם֒ וְ/לָקַ֤ח הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ מִ/דַּ֣ם הָֽ/אָשָׁ֔ם וְ/נָתַ֛ן עַל תְּנ֥וּךְ אֹֽזֶן הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֖ר הַ/יְמָנִ֑ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֤הֶן יָד/וֹ֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְל֖/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִֽית
And the Priest shall powre of the oyle into the palme of his owne left hand.
GenevaAlso the Priest shall powre of the oyle into the palme of his owne left hand.
וּ/מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֖מֶן יִצֹ֣ק הַ/כֹּהֵ֑ן עַל כַּ֥ף הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן הַ/שְּׂמָאלִֽית
And the Priest shal sprinkle with his right finger, some of the oile that is in his left hand, seuen times before the LORD.
GenevaSo ye Priest shall with his right finger sprinkle of the oyle that is in his left hand, seuen times before the Lord.
וְ/הִזָּ֤ה הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ בְּ/אֶצְבָּע֣/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֕מֶן אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל כַּפּ֖/וֹ הַ/שְּׂמָאלִ֑ית שֶׁ֥בַע פְּעָמִ֖ים לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And the Priest shall put of the oile that is in his hand, vpon the tip of the right eare of him that is to be cleansed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hand, and vpon the great toe of his right foot; vpon the place of the blood of the trespasse offering.
GenevaThen the Priest shall put of the oyle that is in his hande, vpon the lap of the right eare of him that is to bee clensed, and vpon the thumbe of his right hande, and vpon the great toe of his right foote: vpon the place of the blood of the trespasse offring.
וְ/נָתַ֨ן הַ/כֹּהֵ֜ן מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֣מֶן אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל כַּפּ֗/וֹ עַל תְּנ֞וּךְ אֹ֤זֶן הַ/מִּטַּהֵר֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֤הֶן יָד/וֹ֙ הַ/יְמָנִ֔ית וְ/עַל בֹּ֥הֶן רַגְל֖/וֹ הַ/יְמָנִ֑ית עַל מְק֖וֹם דַּ֥ם הָ/אָשָֽׁם
And the rest of the oile that is in the Priests hand, he shall put vpon the head of him that is to bee cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.
GenevaBut ye rest of the oyle that is in the Priests hand, he shall put vpon the head of him that is to be clensed, to make an atonement for him before the Lord.
וְ/הַ/נּוֹתָ֗ר מִן הַ/שֶּׁ֨מֶן֙ אֲשֶׁר֙ עַל כַּ֣ף הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן יִתֵּ֖ן עַל רֹ֣אשׁ הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֑ר לְ/כַפֵּ֥ר עָלָ֖י/ו לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
And he shall offer the one of the turtle doues, or of the yong pigeons, such as he can get:
GenevaAlso hee shall present one of the turtle doues, or of the yong pigeons, as he is able:
וְ/עָשָׂ֤ה אֶת הָֽ/אֶחָד֙ מִן הַ/תֹּרִ֔ים א֖וֹ מִן בְּנֵ֣י הַ/יּוֹנָ֑ה מֵ/אֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּשִּׂ֖יג יָדֽ/וֹ
Euen such as he is able to get, the one for a sinne offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering. And the Priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed, before the LORD.
GenevaSuch, I say, as he is able, the one for a sinne offring, and the other for a burnt offring with the meate offring: so the Priest shall make an atonement for him that is to bee clensed before the Lord.
אֵ֣ת אֲשֶׁר תַּשִּׂ֞יג יָד֗/וֹ אֶת הָ/אֶחָ֥ד חַטָּ֛את וְ/אֶת הָ/אֶחָ֥ד עֹלָ֖ה עַל הַ/מִּנְחָ֑ה וְ/כִפֶּ֧ר הַ/כֹּהֵ֛ן עַ֥ל הַ/מִּטַּהֵ֖ר לִ/פְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה
This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosie, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
GenevaThis is the lawe of him which hath the plague of leprosie, who is not able in his clensing to offer the whole.
זֹ֣את תּוֹרַ֔ת אֲשֶׁר בּ֖/וֹ נֶ֣גַע צָרָ֑עַת אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא תַשִּׂ֥יג יָד֖/וֹ בְּ/טָהֳרָתֽ/וֹ
¶ And the LORD spake vnto Moses, and vnto Aaron, saying,
GenevaThe Lord also spake vnto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
וַ/יְדַבֵּ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה אֶל מֹשֶׁ֥ה וְ/אֶֽל אַהֲרֹ֖ן לֵ/אמֹֽר
When ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I giue to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosie in a house of the land of your possession;
GenevaWhen ye be come vnto the land of Canaan which I giue you in possession, if I sende the plague of leprosie in an house of the land of your possession,
כִּ֤י תָבֹ֨אוּ֙ אֶל אֶ֣רֶץ כְּנַ֔עַן אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲנִ֛י נֹתֵ֥ן לָ/כֶ֖ם לַ/אֲחֻזָּ֑ה וְ/נָתַתִּי֙ נֶ֣גַע צָרַ֔עַת בְּ/בֵ֖ית אֶ֥רֶץ אֲחֻזַּתְ/כֶֽם
And hee that oweth the house shall come, and tell the Priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is as it were a plague in the house:
GenevaThen he that oweth the house, shall come and tell the Priest, saying, Me thinke there is like a plague of leprosie in the house.
וּ/בָא֙ אֲשֶׁר ל֣/וֹ הַ/בַּ֔יִת וְ/הִגִּ֥יד לַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן לֵ/אמֹ֑ר כְּ/נֶ֕גַע נִרְאָ֥ה לִ֖/י בַּ/בָּֽיִת
Then the Priest shall command that they emptie the house, before the Priest goe into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made vncleane: and afterward the Priest shall goe in, to see the house.

וְ/צִוָּ֨ה הַ/כֹּהֵ֜ן וּ/פִנּ֣וּ אֶת הַ/בַּ֗יִת בְּ/טֶ֨רֶם יָבֹ֤א הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ לִ/רְא֣וֹת אֶת הַ/נֶּ֔גַע וְ/לֹ֥א יִטְמָ֖א כָּל אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּ/בָּ֑יִת וְ/אַ֥חַר כֵּ֛ן יָבֹ֥א הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן לִ/רְא֥וֹת אֶת הַ/בָּֽיִת
And he shal looke on the plague: and behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house, with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower then the wall;
GenevaAnd hee shall marke the plague: and if the plague be in the walles of the house, and that there be deepe spots, greenish or reddish, which seeme to be lower then the wall,
וְ/רָאָ֣ה אֶת הַ/נֶּ֗גַע וְ/הִנֵּ֤ה הַ/נֶּ֨גַע֙ בְּ/קִירֹ֣ת הַ/בַּ֔יִת שְׁקַֽעֲרוּרֹת֙ יְרַקְרַקֹּ֔ת א֖וֹ אֲדַמְדַּמֹּ֑ת וּ/מַרְאֵי/הֶ֥ן שָׁפָ֖ל מִן הַ/קִּֽיר
Then the Priest shall goe out of the house, to the doore of the house, and shut vp the house seuen dayes.
GenevaThen the Priest shall goe out of the house to the doore of the house, and shall cause to shut vp the house seuen dayes.
וְ/יָצָ֧א הַ/כֹּהֵ֛ן מִן הַ/בַּ֖יִת אֶל פֶּ֣תַח הַ/בָּ֑יִת וְ/הִסְגִּ֥יר אֶת הַ/בַּ֖יִת שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִֽים
And the Priest shall come againe the seuenth day, and shall looke: and behold, if the plague bee spread in the walls of the house;

וְ/שָׁ֥ב הַ/כֹּהֵ֖ן בַּ/יּ֣וֹם הַ/שְּׁבִיעִ֑י וְ/רָאָ֕ה וְ/הִנֵּ֛ה פָּשָׂ֥ה הַ/נֶּ֖גַע בְּ/קִירֹ֥ת הַ/בָּֽיִת
Then the Priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an vncleane place without the Citie.

וְ/צִוָּה֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן וְ/חִלְּצוּ֙ אֶת הָ֣/אֲבָנִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּ/הֵ֖ן הַ/נָּ֑גַע וְ/הִשְׁלִ֤יכוּ אֶתְ/הֶן֙ אֶל מִ/ח֣וּץ לָ/עִ֔יר אֶל מָק֖וֹם טָמֵֽא
And hee shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall powre out the dust that they scrape off, without the citie into an vncleane place.
GenevaAlso hee shall cause to scrape the house within rounde about, and powre the dust, that they haue pared off, without the citie in an vncleane place.
וְ/אֶת הַ/בַּ֛יִת יַקְצִ֥עַ מִ/בַּ֖יִת סָבִ֑יב וְ/שָׁפְכ֗וּ אֶת הֶֽ/עָפָר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר הִקְצ֔וּ אֶל מִ/ח֣וּץ לָ/עִ֔יר אֶל מָק֖וֹם טָמֵֽא
And they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and hee shall take other morter, and shall plaister the house.
GenevaAnd they shall take other stones, and put them in the places of those stones, and shall take other mortar, to plaister the house with.
וְ/לָקְחוּ֙ אֲבָנִ֣ים אֲחֵר֔וֹת וְ/הֵבִ֖יאוּ אֶל תַּ֣חַת הָ/אֲבָנִ֑ים וְ/עָפָ֥ר אַחֵ֛ר יִקַּ֖ח וְ/טָ֥ח אֶת הַ/בָּֽיִת
And if the plague come againe, and breake out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plastered;
GenevaBut if the plague come againe and breake out in the house, after that he hath taken away ye stones, and after that hee hath scraped and playstered the house,
וְ/אִם יָשׁ֤וּב הַ/נֶּ֨גַע֙ וּ/פָרַ֣ח בַּ/בַּ֔יִת אַחַ֖ר חִלֵּ֣ץ אֶת הָ/אֲבָנִ֑ים וְ/אַחֲרֵ֛י הִקְצ֥וֹת אֶת הַ/בַּ֖יִת וְ/אַחֲרֵ֥י הִטּֽוֹחַ
Then the Priest shall come and looke, and behold, if the plague bee spread in the house, it is a fretting leprosie in the house: it is vncleane.
GenevaThen the Priest shall come and see: and if the plague growe in the house, it is a freating leprosie in the house: it is therefore vncleane.
וּ/בָא֙ הַ/כֹּהֵ֔ן וְ/רָאָ֕ה וְ/הִנֵּ֛ה פָּשָׂ֥ה הַ/נֶּ֖גַע בַּ/בָּ֑יִת צָרַ֨עַת מַמְאֶ֥רֶת הִ֛וא בַּ/בַּ֖יִת טָמֵ֥א הֽוּא
And he shall breake downe the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the morter of the house: and he shall cary them foorth out of the city into an vncleane place.

וְ/נָתַ֣ץ אֶת הַ/בַּ֗יִת אֶת אֲבָנָי/ו֙ וְ/אֶת עֵצָ֔י/ו וְ/אֵ֖ת כָּל עֲפַ֣ר הַ/בָּ֑יִת וְ/הוֹצִיא֙ אֶל מִ/ח֣וּץ לָ/עִ֔יר אֶל מָק֖וֹם טָמֵֽא
Moreouer, he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut vp, shalbe vncleane vntill the Euen.

וְ/הַ/בָּא֙ אֶל הַ/בַּ֔יִת כָּל יְמֵ֖י הִסְגִּ֣יר אֹת֑/וֹ יִטְמָ֖א עַד הָ/עָֽרֶב
And hee that lieth in the house, shall wash his clothes: and hee that eateth in the house, shall wash his clothes.
GenevaHee also that sleepeth in the house shall wash his clothes: he likewise that eateth in the house, shall wash his clothes.
וְ/הַ/שֹּׁכֵ֣ב בַּ/בַּ֔יִת יְכַבֵּ֖ס אֶת בְּגָדָ֑י/ו וְ/הָ/אֹכֵ֣ל בַּ/בַּ֔יִת יְכַבֵּ֖ס אֶת בְּגָדָֽי/ו
And if the Priest shall come in, and looke vpon it, and behold, the plague hath not spread in the house, after the house was plastered: then the Priest shall pronounce the house cleane, because the plague is healed.
GenevaBut if the Priest shall come and see, that the plague hath spread no further in the house, after the house be plaistered, the Priest shall pronounce that house cleane, for the plague is healed.
וְ/אִם בֹּ֨א יָבֹ֜א הַ/כֹּהֵ֗ן וְ/רָאָה֙ וְ֠/הִנֵּה לֹא פָשָׂ֤ה הַ/נֶּ֨גַע֙ בַּ/בַּ֔יִת אַחֲרֵ֖י הִטֹּ֣חַ אֶת הַ/בָּ֑יִת וְ/טִהַ֤ר הַ/כֹּהֵן֙ אֶת הַ/בַּ֔יִת כִּ֥י נִרְפָּ֖א הַ/נָּֽגַע
And he shall take to cleanse the house, two birds, and Cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssope.
GenevaThen shall he take to purifie the house, two sparrowes, and cedar wood, and skarlet lace, and hyssope.
וְ/לָקַ֛ח לְ/חַטֵּ֥א אֶת הַ/בַּ֖יִת שְׁתֵּ֣י צִפֳּרִ֑ים וְ/עֵ֣ץ אֶ֔רֶז וּ/שְׁנִ֥י תוֹלַ֖עַת וְ/אֵזֹֽב
And he shall kill the one of the birds in an earthen vessell, ouer running water.
GenevaAnd hee shall kill one sparowe ouer pure water in an earthen vessell,
וְ/שָׁחַ֖ט אֶת הַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הָ/אֶחָ֑ת אֶל כְּלִי חֶ֖רֶשׂ עַל מַ֥יִם חַיִּֽים
And he shall take the Cedar-wood and the hyssope, and the scarlet, and the liuing bird, and dip them in the blood of the slaine bird, and in the running water, and sprinkle the house seuen times.
GenevaAnd shall take the cedar wood, and the hyssope, and the skarlet lace with the liue Sparrow, and dip them in the blood of the slayne Sparrow, and in the pure water, and sprinkle the house seuen times:
וְ/לָקַ֣ח אֶת עֵֽץ הָ֠/אֶרֶז וְ/אֶת הָ֨/אֵזֹ֜ב וְ/אֵ֣ת שְׁנִ֣י הַ/תּוֹלַ֗עַת וְ/אֵת֮ הַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הַֽ/חַיָּה֒ וְ/טָבַ֣ל אֹתָ֗/ם בְּ/דַם֙ הַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הַ/שְּׁחוּטָ֔ה וּ/בַ/מַּ֖יִם הַֽ/חַיִּ֑ים וְ/הִזָּ֥ה אֶל הַ/בַּ֖יִת שֶׁ֥בַע פְּעָמִֽים
And he shall clense the house with the blood of the bird, and with the running water, and with the liuing bird, and with the Cedar wood, and with the hyssope, and with the scarlet.
GenevaSo shall hee clense the house with ye blood of the sparowe, and with the pure water, and with the liue sparowe, and with the cedar wood, and with the hyssope, and with the skarlet lace.
וְ/חִטֵּ֣א אֶת הַ/בַּ֔יִת בְּ/דַם֙ הַ/צִּפּ֔וֹר וּ/בַ/מַּ֖יִם הַֽ/חַיִּ֑ים וּ/בַ/צִּפֹּ֣ר הַ/חַיָּ֗ה וּ/בְ/עֵ֥ץ הָ/אֶ֛רֶז וּ/בָ/אֵזֹ֖ב וּ/בִ/שְׁנִ֥י הַ/תּוֹלָֽעַת
But hee shall let goe the liuing bird out of the citie into the open fields, and make an atonement for the house: and it shall be cleane.
GenevaAfterwarde he shall let go the liue sparowe out of the towne into the broad fieldes: so shall he make atonement for the house, and it shall be cleane.
וְ/שִׁלַּ֞ח אֶת הַ/צִּפֹּ֧ר הַֽ/חַיָּ֛ה אֶל מִ/ח֥וּץ לָ/עִ֖יר אֶל פְּנֵ֣י הַ/שָּׂדֶ֑ה וְ/כִפֶּ֥ר עַל הַ/בַּ֖יִת וְ/טָהֵֽר
This is the law for all manner plague of leprosie and skall,
GenevaThis is the law for euery plague of leprosie and blacke spot,
זֹ֖את הַ/תּוֹרָ֑ה לְ/כָל נֶ֥גַע הַ/צָּרַ֖עַת וְ/לַ/נָּֽתֶק
And for the leprosie of a garment, and of an house,
GenevaAnd of the leprosie of the garment, and of the house,
וּ/לְ/צָרַ֥עַת הַ/בֶּ֖גֶד וְ/לַ/בָּֽיִת
And for a rising, and for a scabbe, and for a bright spot:
GenevaAnd of the swelling, and of the skab, and of the white spot.
וְ/לַ/שְׂאֵ֥ת וְ/לַ/סַּפַּ֖חַת וְ/לַ/בֶּהָֽרֶת
To teach when it is vncleane, and when it is cleane: this is the lawe of leprosie.
