Hee that is wounded in the stones, or hath his priuie member cut off, shall not enter into the Congregation of the LORD.
GenevaNone that is hurt by bursting, or that hath his priuie member cut off, shall enter into the Congregation of the Lord.
לֹא יִקַּ֥ח אִ֖ישׁ אֶת אֵ֣שֶׁת אָבִ֑י/ו וְ/לֹ֥א יְגַלֶּ֖ה כְּנַ֥ף אָבִֽי/ו
A bastard shall not enter into the Congregation of the LORD: euen to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the Congregation of the LORD.

Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way when ye came forth out of Egypt, and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.

Neuerthelesse, the LORD thy God would not hearken vnto Balaam: but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing vnto thee, because the LORD thy God loued thee.

Thou shalt not seek their peace, nor their prosperity all thy dayes for euer.

¶ Thou shalt not abhorre an Edomite, for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhorre an Egyptian, because thou wast a stranger in his land.

לֹא תִדְרֹ֥שׁ שְׁלֹמָ֖/ם וְ/טֹבָתָ֑/ם כָּל יָמֶ֖י/ךָ לְ/עוֹלָֽם
The children that are begotten of them, shal enter into the cōgregation of the LORD, in their third generation.
GenevaThe children that are begotten of them in their thirde generation, shall enter into the Congregation of the Lord.
לֹֽא תְתַעֵ֣ב אֲדֹמִ֔י כִּ֥י אָחִ֖י/ךָ ה֑וּא לֹא תְתַעֵ֣ב מִצְרִ֔י כִּי גֵ֖ר הָיִ֥יתָ בְ/אַרְצֽ/וֹ
¶ When the hoste goeth foorth against thine enemies, then keepe thee from euery wicked thing.
GenevaWhen thou goest out with the host against thine enemies, keepe thee then from all wickednesse.
בָּנִ֛ים אֲשֶׁר יִוָּלְד֥וּ לָ/הֶ֖ם דּ֣וֹר שְׁלִישִׁ֑י יָבֹ֥א לָ/הֶ֖ם בִּ/קְהַ֥ל יְהוָֽה
¶ If there bee among you any man that is not cleane, by reason of vncleannesse that chanceth him by night, then shall hee goe abroad out of the campe, hee shall not come within the campe.
GenevaIf there be among you any that is vncleane by that which commeth to him by night, he shall goe out of the hoste, and shall not enter into the hoste,
כִּֽי תֵצֵ֥א מַחֲנֶ֖ה עַל אֹיְבֶ֑י/ךָ וְ/נִ֨שְׁמַרְתָּ֔ מִ/כֹּ֖ל דָּבָ֥ר רָֽע
But it shalbe when euening commeth on, he shall wash himselfe with water: and when the Sunne is downe, he shall come into the campe againe.
GenevaBut at euen he shall wash him selfe with water, and when the sunne is downe, he shall enter into the hoste.
כִּֽי יִהְיֶ֤ה בְ/ךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹא יִהְיֶ֥ה טָה֖וֹר מִ/קְּרֵה לָ֑יְלָה וְ/יָצָא֙ אֶל מִ/ח֣וּץ לַֽ/מַּחֲנֶ֔ה לֹ֥א יָבֹ֖א אֶל תּ֥וֹךְ הַֽ/מַּחֲנֶֽה
¶ Thou shalt haue a place also without the campe, whither thou shalt goe foorth abroad.
GenevaThou shalt haue a place also without the hoste whither thou shalt resort,
וְ/הָיָ֥ה לִ/פְנֽוֹת עֶ֖רֶב יִרְחַ֣ץ בַּ/מָּ֑יִם וּ/כְ/בֹ֣א הַ/שֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ יָבֹ֖א אֶל תּ֥וֹךְ הַֽ/מַּחֲנֶה
And thou shalt haue a paddle vpon thy weapon: and it shall be when thou wilt ease thy selfe abroad, thou shalt digge therewith, and shalt turne backe and couer that which commeth from thee.
GenevaAnd thou shalt haue a paddle among thy weapons, and when thou wouldest sit downe without, thou shalt shalt digge therewith, and returning thou shalt couer thine excrements.
וְ/יָד֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה לְ/ךָ֔ מִ/ח֖וּץ לַֽ/מַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְ/יָצָ֥אתָ שָׁ֖מָּ/ה חֽוּץ
For the LORD thy God walketh in the midst of thy campe, to deliuer thee, and to giue vp thine enemies before thee: therefore shall thy campe be holy, that he see no vncleane thing in thee, and turne away from thee.

וְ/יָתֵ֛ד תִּהְיֶ֥ה לְ/ךָ֖ עַל אֲזֵנֶ֑/ךָ וְ/הָיָה֙ בְּ/שִׁבְתְּ/ךָ֣ ח֔וּץ וְ/חָפַרְתָּ֣ה בָ֔/הּ וְ/שַׁבְתָּ֖ וְ/כִסִּ֥יתָ אֶת צֵאָתֶֽ/ךָ
¶ Thou shalt not deliuer vnto his master, the seruant which is escaped from his master vnto thee.
GenevaThou shalt not deliuer the seruant vnto his master, which is escaped from his master vnto thee.
כִּי֩ יְהוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֜י/ךָ מִתְהַלֵּ֣ךְ בְּ/קֶ֣רֶב מַחֲנֶ֗/ךָ לְ/הַצִּֽילְ/ךָ֙ וְ/לָ/תֵ֤ת אֹיְבֶ֨י/ךָ֙ לְ/פָנֶ֔י/ךָ וְ/הָיָ֥ה מַחֲנֶ֖י/ךָ קָד֑וֹשׁ וְ/לֹֽא יִרְאֶ֤ה בְ/ךָ֙ עֶרְוַ֣ת דָּבָ֔ר וְ/שָׁ֖ב מֵ/אַחֲרֶֽי/ךָ
He shall dwell with thee, euen among you, in that place which he shall choose, in one of thy gates where it liketh him best: thou shalt not oppresse him.

לֹא תַסְגִּ֥יר עֶ֖בֶד אֶל אֲדֹנָ֑י/ו אֲשֶׁר יִנָּצֵ֥ל אֵלֶ֖י/ךָ מֵ/עִ֥ם אֲדֹנָֽי/ו
¶ There shalbe no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a Sodomite of the sonnes of Israel.
GenevaThere shalbe no whore of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a whore keeper of the sonnes of Israel.
עִמְּ/ךָ֞ יֵשֵׁ֣ב בְּ/קִרְבְּ/ךָ֗ בַּ/מָּק֧וֹם אֲשֶׁר יִבְחַ֛ר בְּ/אַחַ֥ד שְׁעָרֶ֖י/ךָ בַּ/טּ֣וֹב ל֑/וֹ לֹ֖א תּוֹנֶֽ/נּוּ
Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dogge into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for euen both these are abomination vnto the LORD thy God.
GenevaThou shalt neyther bring the hyre of a whore, nor the price of a dogge into the house of the Lord thy God for any vow: for euen both these are abomination vnto the Lord thy God.
לֹא תִהְיֶ֥ה קְדֵשָׁ֖ה מִ/בְּנ֣וֹת יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְ/לֹֽא יִהְיֶ֥ה קָדֵ֖שׁ מִ/בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵל
¶ Thou shalt not lend vpon vsury to thy brother; vsury of money, vsury of victuals, vsury of any thing that is lent vpon vsury.
GenevaThou shalt not giue to vsurie to thy brother: as vsurie of money, vsurie of meate, vsurie of any thing that is put to vsurie.
לֹא תָבִיא֩ אֶתְנַ֨ן זוֹנָ֜ה וּ/מְחִ֣יר כֶּ֗לֶב בֵּ֛ית יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָ לְ/כָל נֶ֑דֶר כִּ֧י תוֹעֲבַ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖י/ךָ גַּם שְׁנֵי/הֶֽם
Unto a stranger thou maiest lend vpon vsury, but vnto thy brother thou shalt not lend vpon vsury: that the LORD thy God may blesse thee, in all that thou settest thine hand to, in the land whither thou goest to possesse it.

¶ When thou shalt vow a vow vnto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not slacke to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sinne in thee.

לַ/נָּכְרִ֣י תַשִּׁ֔יךְ וּ/לְ/אָחִ֖י/ךָ לֹ֣א תַשִּׁ֑יךְ לְמַ֨עַן יְבָרֶכְ/ךָ֜ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗י/ךָ בְּ/כֹל֙ מִשְׁלַ֣ח יָדֶ֔/ךָ עַל הָ/אָ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר אַתָּ֥ה בָא שָׁ֖מָּ/ה לְ/רִשְׁתָּֽ/הּ
But if thou shalt forbeare to vow, it shall be no sinne in thee.
GenevaBut when thou absteinest from vowing, it shalbe no sinne vnto thee.
כִּֽי תִדֹּ֥ר נֶ֨דֶר֙ לַ/יהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔י/ךָ לֹ֥א תְאַחֵ֖ר לְ/שַׁלְּמ֑/וֹ כִּֽי דָּרֹ֨שׁ יִדְרְשֶׁ֜/נּוּ יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֨י/ךָ֙ מֵֽ/עִמָּ֔/ךְ וְ/הָיָ֥ה בְ/ךָ֖ חֵֽטְא
That which is gone out of thy lippes, thou shalt keepe and performe; euen a freewill offering according as thou hast vowed vnto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.
GenevaThat which is gone out of thy lippes, thou shalt keepe and performe, as thou hast vowed it willingly vnto the Lord thy God: for thou hast spoken it with thy mouth.
וְ/כִ֥י תֶחְדַּ֖ל לִ/נְדֹּ֑ר לֹֽא יִהְיֶ֥ה בְ/ךָ֖ חֵֽטְא
¶ When thou commest into thy neighbors Uineyard, then thou mayest eate grapes thy fill, at thine owne pleasure, but thou shalt not put any in thy vessell.
GenevaWhen thou commest vnto thy neighbours vineyard, then thou mayest eate grapes at thy pleasure, as much as thou wilt: but thou shalt put none in thy vessell.
מוֹצָ֥א שְׂפָתֶ֖י/ךָ תִּשְׁמֹ֣ר וְ/עָשִׂ֑יתָ כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֨ר נָדַ֜רְתָּ לַ/יהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֨י/ךָ֙ נְדָבָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבַּ֖רְתָּ בְּ/פִֽי/ךָ
When thou commest into the standing corne of thy neighbours, then thou maiest plucke the eares with thine hand: but thou shalt not mooue a sickle vnto thy neighbours standing corne.
GenevaWhen thou commest into thy neighbours corne thou mayest plucke the eares with thine hand, but thou shalt not moue a sickle to thy neighbours corne.
כִּ֤י תָבֹא֙ בְּ/כֶ֣רֶם רֵעֶ֔/ךָ וְ/אָכַלְתָּ֧ עֲנָבִ֛ים כְּ/נַפְשְׁ/ךָ֖ שָׂבְעֶ֑/ךָ וְ/אֶֽל כֶּלְיְ/ךָ֖ לֹ֥א תִתֵּֽן
