Psalms 111

Praise yee the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart: in the assembly of the vpright, and in the Congregation.

הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ אוֹדֶ֣ה יְ֭הוָה בְּ/כָל לֵבָ֑ב בְּ/ס֖וֹד יְשָׁרִ֣ים וְ/עֵדָֽה

The workes of the LORD are great: sought out of all them that haue pleasure therein.

GenevaThe workes of the Lord are great, and ought to be sought out of al them that loue them.

גְּ֭דֹלִים מַעֲשֵׂ֣י יְהוָ֑ה דְּ֝רוּשִׁ֗ים לְ/כָל חֶפְצֵי/הֶֽם

His worke is honourable and glorious: and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

GenevaHis worke is beautifull and glorious, and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

הוֹד וְ/הָדָ֥ר פָּֽעֳל֑/וֹ וְ֝/צִדְקָת֗/וֹ עֹמֶ֥דֶת לָ/עַֽד

Hee hath made his wonderfull works to be remembred: the LORD is gracious, and full of compassion.

זֵ֣כֶר עָ֭שָׂה לְ/נִפְלְאֹתָ֑י/ו חַנּ֖וּן וְ/רַח֣וּם יְהוָֽה

He hath giuen meate vnto them that feare him: he will euer be mindfull of his couenant.

GenevaHe hath giuen a portion vnto them that feare him: he wil euer be mindfull of his couenant.

טֶ֭רֶף נָתַ֣ן לִֽ/ירֵאָ֑י/ו יִזְכֹּ֖ר לְ/עוֹלָ֣ם בְּרִיתֽ/וֹ

He hath shewed his people the power of his workes: that he may giue them the heritage of the heathen.

כֹּ֣חַ מַ֭עֲשָׂי/ו הִגִּ֣יד לְ/עַמּ֑/וֹ לָ/תֵ֥ת לָ֝/הֶ֗ם נַחֲלַ֥ת גּוֹיִֽם

The works of his hands are veritie and iudgment: all his commandements are sure.

מַעֲשֵׂ֣י יָ֭דָי/ו אֱמֶ֣ת וּ/מִשְׁפָּ֑ט נֶ֝אֱמָנִ֗ים כָּל פִּקּוּדָֽי/ו

They stand fast for euer and euer: and are done in trueth and vprightnes.

סְמוּכִ֣ים לָ/עַ֣ד לְ/עוֹלָ֑ם עֲ֝שׂוּיִ֗ם בֶּ/אֱמֶ֥ת וְ/יָשָֽׁר

He sent redemption vnto his people, hee hath commanded his couenant for euer: holy and reuerend is his Name.

פְּד֤וּת שָׁ֘לַ֤ח לְ/עַמּ֗/וֹ צִוָּֽה לְ/עוֹלָ֥ם בְּרִית֑/וֹ קָד֖וֹשׁ וְ/נוֹרָ֣א שְׁמֽ/וֹ

The feare of the LORD is the beginning of wisedome, a good vnderstanding haue all they that doe his commandements: his praise endureth for euer.

רֵ֘אשִׁ֤ית חָכְמָ֨ה יִרְאַ֬ת יְהוָ֗ה שֵׂ֣כֶל ט֭וֹב לְ/כָל עֹשֵׂי/הֶ֑ם תְּ֝הִלָּת֗/וֹ עֹמֶ֥דֶת לָ/עַֽד
