Psalms 113
Praise yee the LORD. Praise, O yee seruants of the LORD: praise the name of the LORD.
GenevaPraise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye seruants of the Lord, prayse the Name of the Lord.
הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ הַ֭לְלוּ עַבְדֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה הַֽ֝לְלוּ אֶת שֵׁ֥ם יְהוָֽה
Blessed be the name of the LORD: from this time forth and for euermore.
GenevaBlessed be the Name of the Lord from hencefoorth and for euer.
יְהִ֤י שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֣ה מְבֹרָ֑ךְ מֵֽ֝/עַתָּ֗ה וְ/עַד עוֹלָֽם
From the rising of the sunne vnto the going downe of the same: the LORDs name is to be praised.
GenevaThe Lordes Name is praysed from the rising of ye sunne, vnto ye going downe of the same.
מִ/מִּזְרַח שֶׁ֥מֶשׁ עַד מְבוֹא֑/וֹ מְ֝הֻלָּ֗ל שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָֽה
The LORD is high aboue all nations: and his glory aboue the heauens.
GenevaThe Lord is high aboue all nations, and his glorie aboue the heauens.
רָ֖ם עַל כָּל גּוֹיִ֥ם יְהוָ֑ה עַ֖ל הַ/שָּׁמַ֣יִם כְּבוֹדֽ/וֹ
Who is like vnto the LORD our God: who dwelleth on high:
GenevaWho is like vnto the Lord our God, that hath his dwelling on high!
מִ֭י כַּ/יהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑י/נוּ הַֽ/מַּגְבִּיהִ֥י לָ/שָֽׁבֶת
Who humbleth himselfe to behold the things that are in heauen, and in the earth?
GenevaWho abaseth himselfe to beholde things in the heauen and in the earth!
הַֽ/מַּשְׁפִּילִ֥י לִ/רְא֑וֹת בַּ/שָּׁמַ֥יִם וּ/בָ/אָֽרֶץ
He raiseth vp the poore out of the dust: and lifteth the needie out of the dung-hill:
GenevaHe raiseth the needie out of the dust, and lifteth vp the poore out of the dung,
מְקִֽימִ֣י מֵ/עָפָ֣ר דָּ֑ל מֵֽ֝/אַשְׁפֹּ֗ת יָרִ֥ים אֶבְיֽוֹן
That he may set him with princes: euen with the princes of his people.
GenevaThat he may set him with the princes, euen with the princes of his people.
לְ/הוֹשִׁיבִ֥י עִם נְדִיבִ֑ים עִ֝֗ם נְדִיבֵ֥י עַמּֽ/וֹ
He maketh the barren woman to keepe house; to be a ioyfull mother of children: Praise yee the LORD.
GenevaHe maketh the barren woman to dwell with a familie, and a ioyfull mother of children. Prayse ye the Lord.
מֽוֹשִׁיבִ֨י עֲקֶ֬רֶת הַ/בַּ֗יִת אֵֽם הַ/בָּנִ֥ים שְׂמֵחָ֗ה הַֽלְלוּ יָֽהּ
