Giue eare to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
GenevaTo him that excelleth upon Nehiloth. A Psalme of Dauid. Heare my wordes, O Lord: vnderstande my meditation.
לַ/מְנַצֵּ֥חַ אֶֽל הַ/נְּחִיל֗וֹת מִזְמ֥וֹר לְ/דָוִֽד
Hearken vnto the voice of my crie, my King, and my God: for vnto thee will I pray.
GenevaHearken vnto the voyce of my crie, my King and my God: for vnto thee doe I pray.
אֲמָרַ֖/י הַאֲזִ֥ינָ/ה יְהוָ֗ה בִּ֣ינָ/ה הֲגִֽיגִ/י
My voyce shalt thou heare in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer vnto thee, and will looke vp.
GenevaHeare my voyce in the morning, O Lord: for in the morning will I direct me vnto thee, and I will waite.
הַקְשִׁ֤יבָ/ה לְ/ק֬וֹל שַׁוְעִ֗/י מַלְכִּ֥/י וֵ/אלֹהָ֑/י כִּֽי אֵ֝לֶ֗י/ךָ אֶתְפַּלָּֽל
For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickednesse: neither shall euill dwell with thee.
GenevaFor thou art not a God that loueth wickednes: neither shall euill dwell with thee.
יְֽהוָ֗ה בֹּ֭קֶר תִּשְׁמַ֣ע קוֹלִ֑/י בֹּ֥קֶר אֶֽעֱרָךְ לְ֝/ךָ֗ וַ/אֲצַפֶּֽה
The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest al workers of iniquity
GenevaThe foolish shall not stand in thy sight: for thou hatest all them that worke iniquitie.
כִּ֤י לֹ֤א אֵֽל חָפֵ֘ץ רֶ֥שַׁע אָ֑תָּה לֹ֖א יְגֻרְ/ךָ֣ רָֽע
Thou shalt destroy them that speake leasing: the LORD will abhorre the bloodie and deceitfull man.
GenevaThou shalt destroy them that speake lyes: the Lord will abhorre the bloodie man and deceitfull.
לֹֽא יִתְיַצְּב֣וּ הֽ֭וֹלְלִים לְ/נֶ֣גֶד עֵינֶ֑י/ךָ שָׂ֝נֵ֗אתָ כָּל פֹּ֥עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן
But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy feare will I worship toward thy holy temple.

תְּאַבֵּד֮ דֹּבְרֵ֪י כָ֫זָ֥ב אִישׁ דָּמִ֥ים וּ/מִרְמָ֗ה יְתָ֘עֵ֥ב יְהוָֽה
Lead me O LORD, in thy righteousnesse, because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.

וַ/אֲנִ֗י בְּ/רֹ֣ב חַ֭סְדְּ/ךָ אָב֣וֹא בֵיתֶ֑/ךָ אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֥ה אֶל הֵֽיכַל קָ֝דְשְׁ/ךָ֗ בְּ/יִרְאָתֶֽ/ךָ
For there is no faithfulnes in their mouth, their inward part is very wickednesse: their throat is an open sepulchre, they flatter with their tongue.

יְהוָ֤ה נְחֵ֬/נִי בְ/צִדְקָתֶ֗/ךָ לְמַ֥עַן שׁוֹרְרָ֑/י הושר לְ/פָנַ֣/י דַּרְכֶּֽ/ךָ
Destroy thou them, O God, let them fall by their owne counsels: cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they haue rebelled against thee.

כִּ֤י אֵ֪ין בְּ/פִ֡י/הוּ נְכוֹנָה֮ קִרְבָּ֪/ם הַ֫וּ֥וֹת קֶֽבֶר פָּת֥וּחַ גְּרוֹנָ֑/ם לְ֝שׁוֹנָ֗/ם יַחֲלִֽיקוּ/ן
But let all those that put their trust in thee, reioyce: let them euer shout for ioy; because thou defendest them: let them also that loue thy name, be ioyfull in thee.
GenevaAnd let all them that trust in thee, reioyce and triumph for euer, and couer thou them: and let them, that loue thy Name, reioyce in thee.
הַֽאֲשִׁימֵ֨/ם אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים יִפְּלוּ֮ מִֽ/מֹּעֲצ֪וֹתֵ֫י/הֶ֥ם בְּ/רֹ֣ב פִּ֭שְׁעֵי/הֶם הַדִּיחֵ֑/מוֹ כִּי מָ֥רוּ בָֽ/ךְ
For thou, LORD, wilt blesse the righteous: with fauour wilt thou compasse him as with a shield.
